Elsewhere, it appears that I left John White off the list of entrants. It seems to me that the most sensible way to deal with this is to award John a full point bye for the 1st round and pair him against Stuart in the 2nd round. Stuart originally had a full point bye in the 2nd round because there were an uneven number of entrants but John's entry now solves this problem.
