'A' Team End Season With Another Defeat

There was a heavy defeat for the 'A' team last night in our final match of the season, going down by 4 - 1 at Cheddleton 'C'. We now have the Division 2 Wooden Spoon to go with the Division 4 Wooden Spoon we won a few weeks ago !! Our sole winner was Ray with another good win on board 1, the single point being enough to deny Cheddleton 'C' the Division 2 title, or even a share of it. They needed a 5 - 0 or 4.5 - 0.5 win and fell just short, giving the title to Newcastle 'C' by half a game point. Click here to view the full match score card.
