Points Shared At Holmes Chapel

The 'A' team got a point from their penultimate Division 2 match last night. Unfortunately, a 2.5 - 2.5 draw against Holmes Chapel Rooks was not enough to lift us off the bottom of the table. A draw at Cheddleton 'C' next Friday in our final match would see us avoid the Wooden Spoon. However, I'm not overly optimistic as we will be without both Rob and Kasian. This is very unfortunate because it was Rob and Kasian that got our 2 wins last night, plus the usual predictable draw for me. Click here to view the match score card.
