Club Championship Results

There were 2 matches played in the Club Championship match on Monday evening. Ernie and Stuart drew their match, as did Chris and Mike. This means that myself, Chris and Mike have finished joint bottom and are officially the worst players in the Club !!

The matches between the 4 leaders, Kasian, Brian, Robert and Max, are all being played next Monday, along with the match between Glyn and Grenville.

Should the Club Championship result in a tie then there will be a 2 game play-off, with each player having one game with Black and one with White. These will be 30 minute games, plus a 10 second increment. If this still results in a tie then there will be an Armageddon game to decide the Championship. These games will be played on Monday 21st August, in which case the Rapidplay Championship will be put back a week until the 28th August.
